Terms of Service

At Bare Envy we strive to provide the best services in Medical Aesthetics and Massage therapy. In order for to provide professional services for you, we have put some policies and guidelines in place for your protection. They are as follows:

Arrival Times: If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out necessary forms. For subsequent appointments please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time.

Changing/Cancellation: We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Missed appointment: If an appointment is missed without 24 hours notice you will be charged a $50 fee. Fee must be paid before receiving any other future services. Or forfeit the missed appointment.

Gift Card usage: Gift certificate with added value are to be used towards REGULAR priced laser services ONLY.

Appointment conduct: Abuse will not be tolerated to ANY staff member if this shall occur you will be dismissed immediately and asked not to return surrendering any future services.

Monthly/Flash Sales: Discounted pricing/specials can not be combined unless stated.

Refund Policy: All services non refundable. Exchange only.

Online Ordering:

  • Please note that as of right now, we only accept online through PayPal.

  • When ordering product please allow 2-4 business days for fulfillment of your order whether it be a service or a product. You will be notified via email as soon as your item is fulfilled and ready!

  • Currently we do not offer shipping but if this is something you are interested in, please let us know by sending us an email, DM, or give us a call.

  • All items in our store are non-refundable and non-returnable. For services only, we can offer an exchange of the same or lesser value. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange, refund, or accept the return any skincare products.
